As a private, exclusive‑use wedding venue in Scotland, Kinclune House & Estate gives you and your guests the freedom to spend the whole weekend together on the estate. Your Kinclune wedding package brings together the key elements needed for a relaxed, multi‑day celebration — from venue spaces and accommodation to event support, furniture, equipment and guest comfort. It’s designed to bring together everything needed for a relaxed and seamless wedding weekend in one place.

Unlike many venues, Kinclune includes a wide range of furniture, lighting, equipment and onsite support as standard – helping our couples avoid the hidden extras that can quickly add up elsewhere.

Venue & Facilities

Exclusive-use of:
– Kinclune House, gardens, Kinclune Steading grounds and car parking
– The Granary venue (with bar fixture), The Arches ceremony/reception room and The Courtyard
Our signature 3-night wedding weekends are included with selected packages, with 2-night options available by arrangement.
Additional Sunday gatherings or catered events can be arranged by prior agreement.

Services & Equipment

Event management and onsite support throughout your stay, including supplier liaison, accommodation and venue coordination, setup assistance and support for next-day gatherings.
Bar service.
Indoor and outdoor venue lighting.
Professional PA and sound system with Wi‑Fi enabled microphones for ceremony and speeches.
Oak cross‑back chairs and trestle tables for up to 120 guests.
Outdoor ceremony seating (120 white chairs suitable for the lawn, woods or The Courtyard).

Guest Comfort & Accommodation

Luxury onsite accommodation included, depending on your selected package (sleeping up to 28 guests).
Up to three dogs welcome (across the properties).
EV charger available for overnight guests (usage fee applies).
