Planning your wedding at Kinclune House & Estate is about enjoying your own exclusive-use Scottish wedding venue for two or three days, combining luxury accommodation, a beautifully restored Victorian steading and your own private wedding village where family and friends can relax and celebrate together.

At the heart of the estate sits Kinclune House, a luxury baronial country house, where couples and their guests can stay, celebrate and relax together throughout their wedding weekend.

Typical guide prices for venue hire with luxury accommodation include:

  • Diamond – Full Estate Wedding (up to 120 wedding guests and 28 overnight guests):
    • 3-night weekends from £11,200 – £14,200
    • 2-night weekends from £10,500 – £13,500
    • 2-night midweek weddings from £8,900
  • Ruby – Mansion & Cottage Collection (up to 120 wedding guests and 22 overnight guests):
    • 3-night weekends from £10,700 – £13,7002-night weekends from £9,700 – £12,700
    • Midweek weddings from £7,900
  • Emerald – Steading Wedding Collection (up to 80 daytime guests and 14 overnight guests; excludes Kinclune House):
    • 3-night weddings from £6,900 – £8,900

Prices vary by season, day of the week and length of stay. All prices include VAT, exclusive use of the wedding venue and the accommodation included within your chosen package. One of the things that makes a two or three-night wedding at Kinclune so special is having time to gather again the next day – whether that’s a relaxed brunch, a BBQ in the courtyard or simply more time together before everyone heads home. It’s a more relaxed and memorable way to celebrate than a traditional one-day wedding.

If you’re looking for a small wedding venue in Scotland, an intimate wedding venue or an exclusive-use wedding for your closest family and friends, we also offer a range of intimate wedding packages for 10-28 overnight guests, from £5,600.

FAQs

Are fireworks allowed?

To protect Kinclune’s peaceful surroundings and safeguard our animals and local wildlife, fireworks are not permitted on the estate.

Can I have confetti at my wedding?

Yes! You’re welcome to use confetti indoors or outdoors — we just ask that it’s made from real petals or biodegradable materials. For environmental reasons, plastic and glitter confetti are not allowed.

Can we include our dog in the wedding?

Yes — beloved family dogs are welcome at Kinclune and can be included in your ceremony. We’ll advise on the best areas for photos, quiet spots for breaks and any practical considerations to help your dog feel comfortable on the day.

How do we arrange a viewing of Kinclune?

Seeing Kinclune in person will take your breath away and is a must! To book a private tour of the venue and accommodation, simply visit our Request a Viewing page on the website, fill in your preferred dates and party size, and one of our team will be in touch to confirm your appointment.

How many guests can we invite?

At Kinclune Steading, our indoor ceremony and reception spaces can host up to 120 guests.

For overnight stays, we can accommodate up to 28 guests in 14 bedrooms, across four self-catering properties.

What wedding packages do you offer?

Every wedding at Kinclune includes exclusive use of the venue, with on‑site accommodation available for up to 28 guests. Our celebrations are designed as 2‑ or 3-night experiences, giving you time to enjoy the estate both before and after your wedding day. If you’d like to extend your time here, additional nights and accommodation can be arranged.

Weekend Weddings
Kinclune House is typically reserved for a 3-night stay, while the cottages are reserved for a minimum 2-night stay for wedding guests. Cottage stays may be extended to three nights subject to availability.

Midweek Weddings
Midweek weddings are offered as 2‑night stays, perfect for relaxed and intimate celebrations. Selected midweek dates are available throughout the year.
